Over-Posting Today!
I'm sitting here watching the Packers/Vikings game and can't help thinking about how much food I have consumed while watching football! (or TV in general) My solution to this is that starting on New Year's Day, while I have the TV on, I will do an exercise during the commercial breaks. It doesn't matter if it's push-ups, sit-ups, squats, whatever...I'm going to get off of my butt and do something! I remember doing this when I lived with my parents. I'd chat with Mom and do sit-ups on the living room floor. It's a no-brainer!
I'm cutting myself some slack for the next two days. I actually did okay eating-wise today, I'm just having some Moscato in preparation for the Redskins/Cowboys game. It IS after all one of the biggest games of the season for us and determines whether we'll make it to the playoffs. If these guys can bust their butts as a career, I can certainly get off of mine and do some working out/celebrating while I watch. Anyway...just thought I would share my thoughts. I'm taking baby steps, but I'm hoping they'll pay off in the long run.
